cancellation policy:

Thank you for booking with Charlotte Sugaring and we are excited to see you soon! We take pride in helping you with all of your skin care and sugaring needs. 

Cancellations: Out of respect for Charlotte Sugaring staff & clients, a 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations & rescheduling. If less than 24-hour notice is given, client(s) will be charged 50% of service(s) with the credit card used at booking.

No-call/No-show: After one (1) no-show/no-call, client will be charged in full. After two (2) no-shows/no-calls, client will no longer be permitted to book.
