Had my very first sugaring appointment today - and I'll ONLY sugar going forward! After reading over Charlotte Sugaring's website, I bit the bullet and made an appointment with Kristen. First, if you really have questions -- the website is a WEALTH of knowledge and definitely made me comfortable booking! Vibe: peaceful and welcoming -- from the moment you enter you're greeted by name and with a smile! Want something to drink? They've got you covered with water, coffee, tea or Rosé (oh la la)! I opted for water, cause I was nervous. Ha! If it's your first visit, I suggest using the bathroom on the way in and arriving a few minutes early to fill out standard intake paperwork (1- sheet). I was promptly greeted by Kristen and taken back to my room to get settled. The room setup was so cute and clean! She walked me through what to expect and it was go time! Kristen is truly excellent -- she cares about what she does, making a genuine connection and making sure you're completely satisfied! I will absolutely recommend anyone to come here and I'm excited to come back!

If only I had known these amazing people sooner! The reviews are no lie-the waxing was calming, not painful, did not cause any irritation, and the staff was ridiculously gracious even though traffic caused me to be late!! I'm super excited to come back and try more services!

I cannot brag enough about the whole customer service I received here. I booked my appointment through Yelp. Based on the appointment times shown available there wasn't a time open for the original service I wanted so I decided to get a similar service with less hair removal. I received both an email and text confirmation/reminder about my appointment ahead of time. I did have a little trouble finding the spa since there's a slightly curled piece of printer paper with the spa name on it on a dark tinted door window. Once I got in I was warmly met by the receptionist. I filled out the first time client paperwork and then was quickly greeted by my esthetician which happened to be Kristen the owner. When she was asking me questions about my knowledge of sugaring I told her I had originally wanted a different service due to scheduling availability and she told me she'd be able to still do that service instead of my compromise service. She talked to me the whole time and also thoroughly explained the necessity for a product that would help with skin irritation I already had and I could tell she knew a lot about this product and sugaring in general. She was over and done with the entire service in 15 minutes, which is the fastest I have ever received this service anywhere. Upon checking out, I did decide to get the travel size product that she recommended for me. I was given a little packet with some aftercare information and when ahead and read books for my next appointment. I would recommend Charlotte Sugaring to everyone who has ever been interested in the idea of sugaring. And I would always recommend going to see Kristen

Wow! My first time getting sugared and I was so impressed! The atmosphere is calm and relaxing as soon as you walk into the establishment. My esthetician Alyssa was so nice and patient with me, explaining the process step by step. In my opinion, Sugaring takes more time than traditional waxing, but I thought the removal process was a lot less painful compared to wax. All in all, my results are amazing and I have already scheduled my next visit.
